All professionally taken photos must be accompanied by a signed copyright release from the photographer or studio that your photo(s) originated from. Federal and state copyright laws provide that the author of a work is the owner of it. Copying a work without the author's permission is a violation of the law. This is true whether or not the image contains a copyright notice on it.

INSTRUCTIONS: Print out this form, fill in the Date of Photo Shoot, Customer Name and Order Number. Send to your photographer and ask for their permission to have your images reproduced. This is a generic form we provide for your convenience. Your photographer may use their own copyright release form if they wish. We just require written permission.
