I am interested in the photo mosaic, how many photos do I need for this technique?
Just get us as many as you can. A typical mosaic (depending on the size) can range from 1500 to 3000 photos. For best results we like to have about 10% of that number (150 - 300) to limit repetition of photos. Don't worry if you do not have that many, just get what you can. The more photos you have, the less repetition for each photo will occur for each photo creating the mosaic.
How do I upload my digital photos?
After placing your order, select the red upload button on the right hand column on your order page to send us your photos. If you did not see te button and have already placed your order, you can go to our upload page. Please include your order number if you are sending us your photos after placing your order.
Can I send you my photos on a CD or DVD?
Absolutely. Ensure your package is safely packed and secure. We receive items that are often broken from the postal system. Please mail your photos to 804 Michael Lee Way, Lawrenceville GA, 30043.
Can I send you my printed photos to scan?
Yes. There is no charge for scanning for up to 25 photos. We strongly suggest you send photos in a firm secure mailing that cannot be bent. We will also make a copy of all of the electronic files for you on CD so you will always have them and they will never have to be scanned again. Will I get my printed photos back?
Absolutely. We are obsessive about taking care of our customer's property.
Can I use a professional photograph?
Yes. We require our customers to confirm that they have permission to reprint the images they provide. Please use our photo release form.
Can you add or remove something or someone out of the submitted photo?
Yes. If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of ordering in the comments box.
Can I have the finished artwork delivered to someone else?
You sure can. We prompt you for the shipping and billing address. We will not contact the recipient in any way, shape or form so if it is a surprise, your secret is safe with us.
Can I see the artwork before it is printed?
Yes. We send an online proof of what the artwork will look like before it is printed. Take in consideration that computer monitors vary widely in color and that the color may not be a true representation of the final artwork based on your computer screen.
Do you ship internationally?
Our shopping cart checkout shipping charges are determined for the United States only; however, we have the ability to ship internationally. Any international customer must first contact us for accurate shipping rates for any particular item. Recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes. What if I do not have any photos, do you offer photography services?
Our expertise is in creating artwork from existing photography; however, we will gladly contact a photographer in your area for you. Photography session fees will vary on the photographer.
What is the turnaround time on my order?
For most orders, turnaround time is about 2 weeks. Web design turnaround services are based on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer framing services?
We offer four basic framing options of black, gold, silver and walnut. Framing is not necessary, but enhances the artwork and is recommended for posters. Posters that are ordered without framing will come rolled in a mailing tube.

Do you offer bulk discount pricing for photographers?
Yes. In cases where there is bulk ordering like in cases of photo correction/manipulation we can provide a discount. I you would like a quote for a large quantity order, please contact us.
Can I have my artwork put on a t-shirt, mug, calendar, hat or other merchandise?
Absolutely. We currently do not have this service offered on our web site but do offer this service. Please contact us for pricing.
I am taking digital photos myself, do you have any requirements or photo tips?
Yes, we provide a few basic photography tips here.
Will my print fade in the outdoors?
It depends on the paper type.
Our Scrim Vinyl, Adhesive Vinyl, Backlit Film, and Clear Film materials are printed using UV inks. These inks are fade-resistant and water-resistant, creating a very durable product for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Our Satin Photobase and Artist Canvas materials are printed using dye-based inks which are water soluble and non-fade resistant. These materials are not intended for extended outdoor use, but you can prolong the life of these materials with different laminates.
If sending a printed photo, what size photo should I send?
We require that the original photo be at least 5 x 7 for the best quality artwork.
